OGY to pierwsza kolumna podstawkowa Closer Acoustics. Prezentuje bardzo naturalny i szczegółowy dźwięk z trójwymiarową sceną. Optymalny do mniejszych pomieszczeń, jednak starannie ustawiony w większym pokoju może stworzyć niezwykle przyjemną intymną przestrzeń dźwiękową. Idealny do wszystkich rodzajów muzyki, w których wykorzystywane są naturalne instrumenty, klasycznej czy jazzowej, ponieważ jest w stanie oddać ich prawdziwe brzmienie. Bardzo angażujące i pozwalające na wielogodzinne słuchanie bez zmęczenia. 

Może być również używany jako głośnik bliskiego pola, gdy jest umieszczony na przykład tuż za biurkiem.

OGY wykorzystuje znakomity przetwornik szerokopasmowy, EMS LB5 (średnica 10 cm) zaprojektowany przez francuską legendę, pana Michela Fertina, który jest żywą legendą głośników szerokopasmowych, i który przez całe życie doprowadzał do perfekcji ich brzmienie.  Produkowane są ręcznie przez jego córkę Katy Fertin w EMS Speaker. Jego szybkość jest zdumiewająca, pozwalając na płynną prezentację wszystkich detali nagrania.
